Manhattan Map by Hye Su Lee

Illustrator Hye Su Lee splits her time between London, South Korea and New York and finds inspiration for her beautiful and vibrant map from the city streets of Manhattan...

"I am creating a visual autobiography based on city maps from where I have lived, and am currently living. I am getting inspired by people; anybody and everybody who I run into and New York is my current home. Thank you for those people on my map."

San Vicente de Alcantara by Enrique Flores

Enrique Flores has an impressive portfolio of illustrated maps, and he got in touch to share his beautiful map of his home town drawn from memory.

"It´s San Vicente de Alcantara, a small village where I spent my childhood. My old house is the one coloured in orange and the surroundings are the ones I remember from my bicycle rides... Lots of memories."
